Who We Are

Built in Nigeria. Trusted across West & Central Africa.

Fairtex is a privately-owned integrated oil & gas services company delivering construction, maintenance, and integrity services to the energy industry across multiple countries.

Overview

An integrated delivery model for energy-sector clients in emerging markets.

Fairtex Nigeria Ltd was founded to solve a practical problem: operators in West and Central Africa were managing too many specialist vendors across construction, maintenance, and integrity scopes — and paying the coordination cost in time, money, and operational risk.

We built the company around an integrated delivery model. Specialist divisions are coordinated through a single accountable project lead on every engagement. One client interface, one contract, one team — with the technical depth of a multi-vendor combination behind it.

Fairtex operates through local and regional teams, OEM relationships, technical equipment, and certified systems built for oil and gas work across West and Central Africa.

On the “integrated” label: at Fairtex, this means inspection, fabrication, installation, maintenance, HSE, and quality teams working under one project management system and one accountable lead.
