Who We Are

Fairtex Group. Delivering Critical Infrastructure Across Africa.

Fairtex is an (EPCIM) engineering and industrial services group delivering integrated solutions across the energy, industrial, water, and infrastructure sectors. From engineering and procurement to fabrication, construction, commissioning, and maintenance, we help operators reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate project delivery. Operating across seven African countries and supported by a global network of OEM partners, Fairtex combines local execution capability with international technical standards to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and at scale.

Overview

One Partner. Complete Project Delivery.

Fairtex was founded in 2003 to solve a common challenge faced by operators across Africa: managing multiple specialist contractors while maintaining project quality, timelines, and operational reliability.

Our integrated EPCIM delivery model brings engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, inspection, commissioning, maintenance, and operations support together under a single accountable project structure. Clients benefit from one contract, one point of responsibility, and one coordinated team throughout the project lifecycle.

Today, Fairtex supports international oil companies, national energy companies, utilities, industrial operators, and infrastructure developers across West and Central Africa with engineering-led solutions designed for complex operating environments.

Industries We Serve

Fairtex delivers engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, maintenance, and industrial solutions across:

  • Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream & Downstream)
  • Power Generation
  • Renewable Energy
  • Water Treatment
  • Food & Beverage Manufacturing
  • Industrial Processing Facilities
  • Marine & Offshore Operations

Integrated EPCIM Delivery

Our delivery model is built around coordination, accountability, and technical depth. Instead of requiring clients to manage several independent vendors, Fairtex brings specialist divisions together under one project management system, one HSE standard, one quality framework, and one accountable project lead.

This approach helps clients reduce interface risk, improve execution control, and maintain consistent standards from project scoping through certification, handover, and lifecycle support.

Modular Systems & Process Packages

Fairtex designs, fabricates, integrates, and commissions modular process systems and skid-mounted packages for oil, gas, power, and industrial applications. Our solutions are engineered to client specifications and can be delivered ready for installation, integration, and operation.

Our capabilities include metering skids, chemical injection packages, compressor packages, dehydration systems, produced water injection packages, fuel gas conditioning systems, nitrogen generation packages, early production facilities, pipeline pump packages, control panels, automation systems, and other custom-engineered process solutions.

Global OEM Network

Fairtex works with a global network of OEM partners and manufacturing facilities across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. These partnerships allow us to source, integrate, and support world-class equipment while delivering localized execution and lifecycle support across Africa.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Every Fairtex project is executed with a strong commitment to quality, health, safety, environmental performance, and client compliance requirements. Our operations are guided by internationally recognized standards, ISO-certified management systems, project management discipline, and continuous quality assurance.

This commitment enables Fairtex to deliver complex engineering and industrial projects while maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance standards expected by international operators.

Our multidisciplinary teams enable us to support both greenfield developments and brownfield upgrades across critical infrastructure sectors.
