About the Equipment
The Containerized Valve Testing Workshop is a 20ft mobile industrial unit designed for valve testing, refurbishment, and repair operations under controlled conditions. The system integrates pressure testing technology, machining tools, surface preparation systems, and HVAC-controlled environmental protection within a fully insulated container structure.
It is configured for both hydrostatic and pneumatic valve testing using the VC75 T high-pressure gas and liquid test circuits. The workshop also supports precision valve seat restoration using dedicated lapping machines for gate, globe, and non-return valve configurations.
Typical use case: On-site valve integrity testing, seat lapping, and refurbishment during shutdowns, turnaround maintenance, and fabrication yard operations.
Operational Use
- Hydrostatic and pneumatic valve pressure testing
- Gate valve, globe valve, and NRV repair and refurbishment
