About the Equipment
The High Pressure Hydro Jetting Machine fleet consists of 20,000 psi and 40,000 psi ultra-high pressure water jetting systems used for industrial cleaning and maintenance of heat transfer and process equipment. The system is deployed for the removal of hard deposits, scaling, carbon buildup, and process fouling within tube bundles, condensers, evaporators, boilers, and calandria units.
These jetting systems operate using controlled water pressure delivery through specialized lances, rotary heads, and flexible hose assemblies designed for internal tube access and confined space operations. The equipment supports both manual and semi-automated jetting techniques depending on site constraints and safety requirements.
Typical use case: Heat exchanger tube bundle cleaning during refinery shutdowns, removing scale, sludge, and process residues to restore thermal efficiency and flow integrity.
Operational Use
- Heat exchanger tube bundle cleaning and descaling
- Condenser and evaporator internal surface cleaning
- Boiler tube cleaning and fouling removal
- Calandria and vessel internal cleaning operations
- Process pipeline cleaning and blockage removal
- Shutdown and turnaround maintenance support activities
Why Fairtex Uses It
Fairtex deploys high pressure hydro jetting systems as part of controlled mechanical cleaning operations across oil and gas facilities. The technology enables non-chemical cleaning of process equipment while supporting safe access into restricted internal geometries. It is a critical asset during shutdown execution, maintenance planning, and equipment integrity restoration activities.
